My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not so good experiences. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable overall, but it didn't quite live up to the expectations of being an executive suite, and there was a strange odor present. The service, especially over the weekend, was exceptionally informative, and the staff were among the friendliest I've encountered. The location, though convenient for my overnight stay and close to the navy graduation, had some surrounding disturbances that affected my rest. The dining experience, while the provided meal was delicious and plentiful, seemed more geared toward vegans than offering classic options like fried fish. Despite these mixed experiences, the hotel is well-equipped with nice facilities to enjoy.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and mostly soundproof, which was great, but the executive suite didn't meet my expectations for its high price. However, the service was outstanding and went far beyond to help resolve any issues we had. The location was convenient for our two-day stop during our vacation, close to important sites and shops.

The Holiday Inn Express provided a wonderful stay with outstanding customer service and a convenient location close to attractions like Great Lakes. The rooms were hot, but overall, a comfortable choice for our stay.
